1. Website Information

The content of this website is provided for general information about Vantage International EOOD, its professional services and areas of experience. Website content does not by itself create a binding contractual obligation.

A service becomes binding only where the relevant scope, dates, responsibilities, fees and other commercial terms have been agreed in writing, including through an accepted quotation, order confirmation, invoice, service agreement or other written confirmation between the parties.

2. Service Agreements

The specific scope of each assignment or service is agreed separately. This may include operating dates, location, responsibilities, rotation, reporting requirements, response times, exclusions, fees, expenses, cancellation terms and any client-specific conditions.

Where a signed agreement or accepted written quotation contains terms that differ from this website, the specific written agreement will take precedence for that assignment or service.

3. Tourism & Field-Leadership Services

Tourism services may include Cruise Director, Tour Leader, Yacht Tour Manager or small-ship leadership, guest communication, destination presentations, excursion and transfer coordination, supplier liaison, group management, operational support and related field-leadership services for travel businesses.

3A. Traveller Guidance, Trip Comparisons & Partner Links

VantagePro may publish destination guidance, itinerary analysis and comparisons of third-party tours, cruises and organised journeys. Visitors may also ask VantagePro to compare two or three existing travel offers against criteria they provide, such as pace, usable time, transfers, accommodation changes, inclusions, budget and travel preferences.

Unless a different service is expressly agreed in writing and is lawfully available, this guidance and comparison activity is informational. Submitting a comparison request does not create a reservation, travel contract or obligation to purchase.

Where the website links to a third-party booking platform or tour operator, prices, availability, payment, booking terms, cancellations and performance of the trip are governed by the relevant third party. Vantage International EOOD is not a party to a third-party travel contract merely because a visitor followed a link from VantagePro.

VantagePro may receive an affiliate or partner commission where a visitor later books through a tracked partner link or booking page. Any such commercial relationship does not change the traveller’s responsibility to review the final offer and booking terms supplied by the relevant platform or tour operator.

If Vantage International EOOD later provides a service that is subject to a specific tourism registration or other regulatory requirement, that service will be offered only where the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

4. Property-Support Services

Where offered and agreed, selected property-support services in Bulgaria may include visual property checks, photographic reporting, key holding, arrival support and coordination of contractor access.

These services are practical and observational. They are not a substitute for regulated security services, insurance inspections, legal advice, engineering, surveying, technical certification or other regulated professional services.

5. Quotations, Pricing & Payment

Pricing is confirmed separately by enquiry, quotation, invoice or written agreement and may depend on dates, destination, assignment length, rotation, travel requirements, complexity, service frequency and the agreed scope of responsibility.

Payment terms, invoicing schedule, reimbursable expenses and any applicable taxes will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or service agreement.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Changes

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling and material-change terms depend on the relevant service or assignment and will be stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement.

Where changes affect dates, destination, scope, workload or costs, revised terms may need to be agreed before the amended service is delivered.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information reasonably required to perform the agreed service.

This may include itinerary details, operating instructions, access arrangements, guest-market requirements, language requirements, supplier information, safety information, work-rights requirements and any restrictions relevant to the assignment.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Vantage International EOOD may coordinate or communicate with independent third-party suppliers such as transport providers, local guides, restaurants, hotels, contractors or other service providers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, those independent suppliers remain responsible for their own services, staff, legal obligations and performance.

9. Standard of Service

Services will be performed with reasonable care, professionalism and attention to the agreed scope.

Operational decisions may need to be adapted where circumstances change, particularly in travel environments involving transport disruption, weather, water levels, supplier changes, port conditions, guest needs or other factors outside direct control.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage International EOOD will not be responsible for loss or delay resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information, independent third-party failure, hidden defects, unauthorised client actions or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would not be permitted by applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, low or high water, transport disruption, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, public-health measures, war, civil disturbance or comparable events.

Where reasonably possible, the parties should communicate promptly and work in good faith to reduce the operational impact of such circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, original reports, templates, presentation materials and other proprietary materials remain the property of Vantage International EOOD or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No website content may be copied, republished or commercially reused beyond what is permitted by applicable law without the relevant permission.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.

14. Links & External Content

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience or reference. Vantage International EOOD is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

15. Governing Law

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply under European Union law or other applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when website functionality, service models, commercial practices or applicable legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
